2026 Dog Days of Summerfest

June 27 Dog Days of Summerfest takes over Stoddard Park in Hayden on Saturday, June 27, from 11 am to 2 pm. The free community event is centered on dogs and the people who love them, featuring vendor booths, contests, demonstrations, and activities throughout the afternoon. Local rescue groups, pet businesses, and service organizations fill the park, and the event draws families from across Kootenai County. Leashed dogs are welcome. It's a laid-back way to spend a summer Saturday in Hayden, and one of the first big community gatherings on the city's summer calendar.
