Gather amongst friends and neighbors to share in this annual tradition. The festivities kick off at 5pm on Friday, November 24, with a parade down Sherman Avenue. Once the festive floats have concluded their journey and cleared the way, a fireworks display will light up the night sky over Lake Coeur d’Alene beginning at 6:15pm. Once the last of the colorful bursts have faded out, the dark streets turn bright with a flick of the switch to the delight of those both young and old, as 1.5 million lights light up the town.
