Really BIG Raffle is back for its 30th year!
2023 marks North Idaho College Foundation's 30th annual Really BIG Raffle. NIC Foundation's largest annual public fundraiser, all proceeds support student success and educational excellence throughout North Idaho College.The grand prize home being raffled off this year is located at 1993 West Moselle Drive in Coeur d'Alene and features 2,652 square feet of living space, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and spacious two-care garage. The ranch-style two-story home also features impressive vaulted ceilings, large chef's kitchen, spacious dining room and a great room, as well as a back patio.The home's estimated value is $587,500.Additional raffle prizes include a 2023 New Car ($32,000 value), Home Furnishings Gift Card ($2,000 value) and Smoker and BBQ Meat Package ($1,500 value).
