January 19, 7 - 9:30pm Join the North Idaho Wine Society at Lake City Center (1916 North Lakewood Drive) in Coeur d'Alene from 7 to 9:30pm (doors open at 6:30pm) on January 19 for their January wine tasting featuring wines from Portugal.
You may know Portugal for its signature Port-fortified wine, but this is an opportunity to taste some of the other excellent wines from this country. Their speaker will be Lisa Williams from Wine Bridge Imports. Come find out more about the grapes and wine regions of Portugal (there is no need to have a great knowledge of wine to join). The goal is education and enjoying wine with others.
The event is $30 for members and $35 for non-members. Be sure to RSVP by January 15 at EventBrite.com. The wines at the tasting will be offered for sale at discounted pricing. There will also be paired appetizers along with a wine raffle and door prize.
