Owner Heidi Piccirello started Electronic Concierge in 2015 with a vision of creating a different type of audiovisual support experience. She saw a need in the lack of customer support available in the industry—and set out to change it. “I love taking care of people and solving issues,” she explains.
Heidi has lived in the Inland Northwest for the past 35 years. She graduated from Lakeland High and attended North Idaho College before starting Electronic Concierge. She now lives in the Spokane Valley, where her business actively provides the type of service and care that truly sets a company apart and reflects the commitment to excellence that defines so many locally owned businesses.
The company provides surveillance, networking, home theater, home automation, structured wiring and gadget integration services to customers, and the pride they take in their work is evident in each and every job they do.
“I have seen horrible field installations with little to no serviceability available due to the ‘rat-nest’ installations. Our mission is for simple setups and serviceability,” says Heidi. Her and her team’s commitment to customer support and clean wiring and installations means the job gets done right every time, providing clean, attractive and user-friendly installations and wirings. And Electronic Concierge doesn’t just do the job and leave; they provide seasonal support throughout the year to help keep your electronic systems running perfectly.
The most rewarding part of Heidi’s job is providing solutions and learning new technologies to do so. Each of Electronic Concierge’s certified technicians has completed numerous courses and certifications, and takes their education very seriously in an effort to stay at the top of the industry.
Heidi attributes the success of Electronic Concierge to her incredible clients, who are the main drivers of her business and continually provide referrals based on incredible service. In turn, Heidi and her team are dedicated to giving back to the communities they live and work in.
