Creating meaningful experiences for those who need them most

ife is full of moments we wish we could relive, or experience just one more time. For adults facing life-limiting conditions, One More Time, Inc. brings those moments to life, tailoring experiences that leave lasting memories for participants and their families. From grand adventures to simple joys, each experience is designed to reflect the unique wishes of the individual.
The organization was born from personal loss. After unexpectedly losing her father in 2017, founder Tiffinay Vargas realized the power of shared experiences in the face of life’s fragility. “Those losses developed the idea of One More Time and being able to have these experiences with others, since I no longer can have them with my father,” she says. That spark of empathy became the foundation of an organization devoted to bringing joy and connection to those who need it most.

Wine, Stein & Dine Returns for Its 29th Year
A March fundraiser supporting Post Falls School District classrooms

he Post Falls Education Foundation’s signature fundraiser returns this spring with the 29th Annual Wine, Stein & Dine, themed Country Style, bringing together community members, local vendors, and supporters of education for an evening with purpose. The event takes place Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 6 to 9 pm at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds, hosted in the Jacklin Building. Guests will enter through the Kathleen Street entrance at Gate C, providing clear access for guests.
Wine, Stein & Dine is a tasting-focused event built around connection and community support. Attendees will enjoy offerings from 85 vendors providing wine, microbrews, hard ciders, and mocktails, along with hot and cold appetizers and desserts from local restaurants.
